Crystal clear color indicates the mineral rich nose of this white wine. Creamy key lime notes accent the minerality of this wine, bringing a lingering, buzzy sensation to the finish.
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were hand harvested in August 2022. Whole cluster pressed and cold settled. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks. Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 8 months. Bottled June 2023.
