65% Gruner Veltliner, 35% Riesling
Loads of tropical aromas such as honey dew, papaya, and guava. A slight hint of fresh cut grass and wet slate with a smooth entry and bright acidity for a lengthy finish.
• Harvested in October 2021 • Whole Cluster pressed and inoculated • Fermented at low temperatures for 35 days • Aged in stainless tank for 5 months prior to bottling • Bottled April 2022
