Tasting Notes
The Arizona terroir is showcased through this cabernet. You are hit with eucalyptus & spice from the first swirl of the glass. Once it passes the lips, juicy black cherry and a touch of tannin round out this wine. With a bold, mid length finish, we recommend drinking this wine now or age for 7+ years.
Winemaker Notes
• Harvested in Fall 2020
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers during the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 18 months before bottling
• Bottled May 2022, bottle aged for 4 months prior to release
