Tasting Notes
This beautifully balanced red wine offers notes of red fruit, nutmeg & dried tree bark. Lovely, lengthy finish with subtle hints of dried Calimyrna figs.
Winemaker Notes
• Harvested in Fall 2020
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers during the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 18 months before bottling
• Bottled May 2022, bottle aged for 2 months prior to release
