Tasting Notes
Aromas of fig, tobacco and berries & crème brûlée. Bold, ripe fruit flavors show strawberry, raspberry and cherry with an incredibly smooth finish!
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were hand harvested from Dos Amigos Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2022.
Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation.
Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation.
Pressed to oak barrels and aged 21 months.
Racked prior to bottling in June 2024.
