Flying Leap, Willcox AVA
Warm notes of caramelized sugar accompanied by the scent of subtle citrus blossoms. In the mouth, you may be reminded of fuzzy peach skins and nectarines - leaving a silky, easy finish.
Grapes were hand harvested in August 2022. Whole cluster pressed and cold settled. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks. Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 6 months. Bottled June 2023.
