Tasting Notes
Gorgeous bouquet of red roses and chocolate. Mid palate notes of chalk and pepper peak through but are brought back up by the cranberry finish.
Winemaker Notes
Grapes were hand harvested in the fall of 2021. Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation. Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation. Pressed to oak barrels and aged up to 20 months. Bottled May 2023.
