Tasting Notes
Lovely aromas of violets and crimson roses with cherries, blueberries & vanilla on the nose. Berries, cherries and blue plum with undertones of tobacco, pepper & cedar.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were hand harvested from Rhumb Line Vineyard in the Willcox AVA in the fall of 2022.
Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation.
Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation.
Pressed to oak barrels and aged 21 months.
Racked prior to bottling in June 2024.
