The nose starts with notes of lemon zest and lime leaf followed by lychee, brioche and slate. Meyer lemon on the front of the palate followed by quince and nectarine with a limestone finish. following. Limestone dominates the finish.
• Harvested August 2020 • Pressed to tank and fermented at low temperatures for 35 days • Aged in concrete egg for 5 months prior to bottling • Bottled April 2021
