Tasting Notes
Bright bing cherry notes and dried red fruits leap out of the glass. Hints of coco, coffee, and earth. Very rich and balanced on palate.

• Harvested in August 2020
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers during the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 18 months before bottling
• Bottled April 2022
